WEIXING NBM HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE, HIGH STRENGTH AND CORROSION RESISTANT COMPOSITE POLYOLEFIN PIPELINE PASSES THE ACCEPTANCE OF PROVINCIAL MAJOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY SPECIAL KEY INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

Recently, the acceptance meeting of Provincial major science and technology key industrial projects was successfully held in WEIXING NBM. The project of “High Temperature Resistance, High Strength and Corrosion Resistant Composite Polyolefin Pipeline” developed by WEIXING NBM has completed the tasks stipulated in the contract and passed the acceptance.

The conference was organized by Zhejiang Science and Technology Department, which invited five professors from Zhejiang University, Zhejiang University of Technology, China Jiliang University, Zhejiang Gongshang University, and two senior accountants from Zhejiang Zhengxin Yonghao Certified Public Accountants and Zhejiang Xinzhongtian Certified Public Accountants, and formed an acceptance committee. The acceptance team listened to the reports which includes project technical summary, product testing, user comments, etc., and reviewed related records. Some of the experts inspected the site in advance, unanimously affirmed the project technology and also gave higher evaluation.

The project of “High Temperature Resistance, High Strength and Corrosion Resistant Composite Polyolefin Pipeline” is based on the experience of the working conditions of the pipeline, to optimize the structure of the RTP pipe, then developed the three-layer composite pipe whose inner and outer layers are PERT and the middle layer is interwoven with mixed glass fiber bundles. And it can be connected with stainless steel buckled fittings. The product has the characteristics of small flow resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and convenient installation. And according to the user comments, it reflects well and receives wonderful public praise. During the project implementation period, WEIXING NBM applied for 5 invention patents, authorized 7 utility model patents, published 1 paper, and participated in the compilation of 1 national standard.
